Board of Trustees

The school is governed by a Board of Trustees. The B.O.T. is a group of parents, elected by parents, to govern the school. Monthly meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month and are open to all parents. Minutes of these meetings are available for perusal during any school day by asking the school Secretary.
The Board of Trustees is elected every 3 years by parents and caregivers. Any community member is eligible to stand if nominated by a parent or caregiver. Five trustees are elected and the staff elect their own representative. The Principal is a member of the Board by right. Other trustees may be co-opted onto the Board. The Chairperson is elected annually. The Annual Meeting is held in May and audited financial statements are available for this meeting.
