School Sports

Kia Ora Ano,

My name is Mrs Katene- Hurst and I am the sport co-ordinator of our school and we have a year jam packed of fun activities. 

This term Mr Chalmers is getting his boys ready for a year of fair play, good sportsmanship, and dedication to the game of rugby. These boys are undefeated so this year they have a lot to prove so I know that they will work hard in keeping their title.

Our netball girls are being rallied again for Mrs Edwards so girls, boys, mums and dads, get those umbrellas, raincoats, netballs and shoes, keep an eye and ear out for Mrs Edwards.

Mr Kumar has started up lunchtime soccer for those children interested and I know he will be getting ready for the Soccer world cup coming up later this year.

Our agenda will be jam packed so mums and dads please help out where you can, if you can offer umpiring, coaching skills, orange/ water person, or just to tautoko (support) our children on sport events leave your name at our school office and Mr Chalmers or Mrs Hurst will be in touch.
